Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Bahimi pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please read the details below so you know what to expect.
Returns at a Glance
- Window: 30 days from delivery
- Condition: Unworn, tags on, hygiene liner intact
- Restocking fee: 10% (waived if the error was ours)

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 30 days can't be accepted.
Return Conditions
Because swimwear is a hygiene-sensitive product, all returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear (makeup, deodorant, fragrance, sunscreen, self-tanner, etc.)
- In original, resalable condition with all tags attached
- Returned with the protective hygiene liner still in place and intact
- In their original packaging
Items that arrive back to us not meeting these conditions cannot be accepted, will not be refunded, and will be returned to you at your expense.
We reserve the right to refuse a return, or to limit or decline future returns, where we identify signs of wear, evidence that an item has been used and returned ("wardrobing"), or a pattern of excessive or abusive returns. This does not affect any non-excludable statutory rights you may have.
Final Sale
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
- Any item marked "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email customerservice@bahimi.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization. Please do not ship items back without a return authorization, as we may be unable to process them.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you'd like, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the flat label cost from your refund. We recommend using a trackable method, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
A restocking fee of 10% of the item price applies to returns and will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived when the return is due to our error — for example, a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied item (see below).
Skip the fee with store credit. Prefer store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method? We'll waive the 10% restocking fee and issue your full return value as a Bahimi store credit that never expires.
Returns from a multi-buy discount. Bahimi offers 20% off when you buy 4 or more pieces. If you return part of a qualifying order and the pieces you keep no longer meet the 4-piece threshold, the 20% discount no longer applies to the pieces you keep, and your refund is recalculated. We do this by re-pricing the pieces you keep at their normal (non-discounted) price and refunding the difference between what you paid and that amount.
Example: You buy 4 pieces at $50 each and pay $160 after the 20% discount. You return 1 piece and keep 3. Because 3 pieces no longer qualify for the discount, the pieces you keep are priced at $150, and your refund is $10 ($160 paid − $150 for pieces kept).
If you return your entire order, you're refunded the full amount you paid. To keep things fair, when a refund is already reduced by a forfeited multi-buy discount, the 10% restocking fee is not also applied to that order.
Free shipping threshold. Orders over $150 ship free. If a return brings your order subtotal below $150, the free shipping offer no longer applies and the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, email customerservice@bahimi.com and we'll help arrange it. Exchanged items must meet the return conditions above. We cover standard reshipping on your first exchange per order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, incorrect, or missing items, contact us at customerservice@bahimi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Faulty items. If a fault develops later — for example, stitching, fabric, or hardware that fails in normal use — this is separate from the 7-day arrival window above. Reach out as soon as you notice the issue and we'll work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund. This does not limit any statutory rights you have in your jurisdiction regarding goods that are not of satisfactory quality or as described.
International Returns (Canada)
We accept returns from Canada under the same conditions and 30-day window. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any duties, taxes, or import fees paid on the original order are non-refundable. Please mark return parcels clearly as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional charges.
United Kingdom & European Union
We're not selling into the UK or EU just yet, but we're working on it. When we launch there, this policy will be updated to reflect the statutory return and cancellation rights that apply to UK and EU consumers. In the meantime, follow us on Instagram or join our newsletter to hear when we go live.
Gift Returns
If you received a Bahimi item as a gift, you can return it under the same conditions and window. Email customerservice@bahimi.com with the order number from the gift receipt or packing slip. Gift returns are issued as a Bahimi store credit to you, so the original purchaser isn't notified.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable (for example, an incorrect or incomplete address), we'll refund the item price once it reaches us, less the original outbound shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier. To re-ship, simply place a new order.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
