Orders & Changes

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed we are unable to change or cancel it — including the shipping address, size or color, or adding items. Please place a new order for anything additional.

I received an incorrect or faulty item — what do I do?

We are so sorry! Email customerservice@bahimi.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number, the item you expected, the item you received, and a clear photo. We will get it sorted right away.

Shipping & Delivery

Where does my order ship from and how long does it take?

Orders ship from our California fulfillment center and are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). U.S. orders ship with tracking and typically arrive in 5–8 business days by ground; faster options are available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — enjoy free U.S. ground shipping on orders over $150. Your cart will let you know if you qualify.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally. International orders are Final Sale (no returns or exchanges), and any customs duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed to these addresses are automatically refunded.

Tracking & Lost Packages

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (updates appear within about 24 business hours). You can also check anytime on our Track My Order page.

My tracking says delivered but I have not received it.

Please check around your delivery area and with neighbors or your building's front desk, and confirm your shipping address. Contact the carrier with your tracking number. Still cannot find it? Email customerservice@bahimi.com. Adding package protection at checkout helps cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase in new condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags and the hygiene liner intact. Final Sale items and international orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Start your return at our Returns Portal.

How do I make a return?

Head to the Returns Portal to start. You will receive a confirmation email with our return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer — we recommend insuring your parcel.

When will I get my refund?

Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return for processing, plus 5–10 days for your bank to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges — we will refund your return once received. For a different size, color, or style, simply place a new order.

Can I return a sale item?

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Questions about sizing, fit, or fabric before you buy? Email customerservice@bahimi.com and we will help.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price matching or adjustments, and promotional or flash-sale pricing cannot be applied to previous purchases.

Payments & Promos

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Affirm, and Bahimi Gift Cards. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Is it safe to use my card on your site?

Yes. Checkout is secured with industry-standard SSL encryption to keep your information protected.

What currency and taxes apply?

All prices are shown in USD. Sales tax is applied to all orders as required.

Can I use more than one promo code?

Only one promo code can be applied per order, and codes cannot be combined with other offers or sale pricing. Join our newsletter for 15% off your first order.
