What is our Returns Policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days from the date your order is marked delivered by the carrier.

Return eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
• All original tags, hygiene liners, accessories, and product packaging must be intact and included.
• Swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
• Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, self-tanner, sunscreen, lotions, bodily fluids, marks, and odors.

Refunds, exchanges, and store credit

• Eligible items may be returned for a refund to the original payment method, Bahimi store credit, or a one-time exchange.
• Each eligible item may be exchanged once. Items received through an exchange are not eligible for another exchange.
• A flat $7 prepaid-return fee is deducted once per eligible U.S. return.
• The fee is waived for confirmed damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders.
• Original shipping charges and package protection are nonrefundable.

Refunds, store credit, and exchanges are processed within 14 business days after the return reaches our warehouse.

Final Sale and discounted items

• Products marked Final Sale before checkout cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or issued store credit.
• Items discounted by 20%–30% are eligible for Bahimi store credit only when returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items discounted by 40% or more may be designated Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders

Contact customerservice@bahimi.com within seven days of delivery. Once approved, Bahimi will cover the required correction and return-shipping costs.
