My order says delivered but I never received it.
If your tracking number shows on the carrier’s website that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Additionally, please verify the shipping address matches your order by logging in to your Bahimi account or checking your Order Confirmation email. If your shipping address is correct:
- Check around the delivery area for a safe place the carrier may have placed the package like nearby bushes, a back door, or garage.
- Check with any family members or roommates that may have grabbed your package for you.
- Check with your neighbors or building manager to see if they may have accepted the package for you or if it was delivered to them by mistake.
- If your building has a mailroom or front desk/reception, check to see if your package was left there.
Bahimi is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our distribution center, but we will work with you to try to find your order by emailing us here.
