What is our Returns Policy?
- Packages must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Return packages received after this time frame may be subject to denial and sent back to you.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact.
- Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial and sent back to you.
- If received damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged
We hope you love your BAHIMI, however should you need to return your item, you can do so within 14 days of placing your order. All items must be returned in an unworn and resalable condition with your proof of purchase. Please do take care of it whilst it is in your possession.
The Bahimi tag and hygiene sticker must still be attached. Returns will not be accepted without the tag(s) and hygiene sticker. For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over underwear.
Please note, refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt at our HQ.
Return and customs fees must be covered by the sender.

When using our Returns Portal you will need to package the item(s) and send at your cost. We recommend insuring the parcel as we are not held responsible for any loss.
Please note that our Returns Policy excludes the following:
- Products that have had the tag(s) removed - Products that have had hygienic sticker removed - Products that are soiled - Product is not in its original packaging - Sale items
If you return a used or damaged item or an item with missing parts, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
How do I make a return?
You can return your unworn items by visiting this page. Once we have received your request you will receive an email confirming your request which will also include our mailing address. We currently do not offer return labels.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 5 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return.
Depending on your bank, please allow 5-10 days for your credit to appear on your statement. For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties or additional fees that may apply to your order.
If a package was undeliverable and returned back to us, Domestic customers will be charged a $10 restocking fee and International customers will be charged for the return shipping.
Do you accept exchanges?
Due to a high volume of orders we cannot offer exchanges. A refund will be issued upon return.
If you would like an alternative size/color/style, a new order must be placed.

What if I purchased an item on sale?
All sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
We understand that buying sale items can be tricky, so please feel free to reach out by clicking here before placing your order with any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric so that we can ensure you love your purchase.
