How do I create an account?

You will need an account to shop with Bahimi. Creating an account means you can place orders without having to fill in your details every time you shop.

You can create an account or start shopping now and set up your account when you checkout instead.

How can I reset my password?

You may select the 'forgotten your password?' link at login and we will send you an email explaining how to re-set it.

How do I change the details on my account?

You can change your details by logging in.

I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

We are very sorry that you have received an incorrect item.

Please return the item to us for an exchange or full refund. Kindly note that if the item is no longer in stock we will issue a full refund.

There is an item missing from my delivery, what should I do?

Some of our items are so popular that they can go out of stock quickly. Unfortunately that means that occasionally we are not able to send you all the items in your order.

You will receive an email from us confirming this and advising of a refund being processed for the missing item or you may request a different size or style up to the same value.

Depending on how you paid please allow the following times for your refund to appear in your account:

• Bank Account payments will take 3 - 5 working days

• PayPal payments will take 1 - 2 working days

We offer UK & International delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery (3-4 Working Days) - Free for orders over £50, otherwise £2.99
  • Next Working Day (1-hour timeslot) - Free for orders over £100, otherwise £4.99
  • Saturday - £10
International Delivery
  • Within Europe - Free for orders over £100, otherwise £8
  • Outside Europe - Free for orders over £100, otherwise £10-£12
  • Express Delivery - from £15

How can I track my International order?

We offer both Royal Mail and courier service. You will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

Customs & import duty charges do not apply to customers in the UK or EU.

For International customers the price of the items does not include customs & import duties as these charges vary from country to country.

Kindly note, you may be required to pay these when accepting delivery of the items from your courier.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

A signature is required but you can request the parcel to be left in safe place or with a neighbour at your liability.

Please be aware that any instructions left are only requests and are not guaranteed. If this isn’t possible, a calling card will be left which will include details of how to re arrange delivery.

What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind, you may return items (except jewellery and sale items) to us:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unmarked and unwashed

• If the hygiene seal has been removed, we cannot accept the return for health and hygiene reasons

• Items must have all Bahimi tags attached

• Items must be returned at the customer’s expense

We recommend to obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Bahimi. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.

How do I return or exchange an item?

You have 14 working days to decide whether to keep your item(s). Simply pack your item(s) in the bag and write on the invoice if you would like a refund or an exchange along with the requested size. We do not cover postage fees for the return.

If a sale item is purchased, please check if the requested size is available.

How long does a refund take to process?

Please check your tracking ID to ensure that it has been successfully delivered to us and allow 2-3 days from the receipt of your return for it to be processed.

Please allow 7-10 days from receipt of the return for the refund to appear in your account.

When will the refund appear on my account?

Once your return has been processed, please allow the following times for your refund to reach you, depending on your original payment method.

• Bank account payments will take 3 - 5 working days

• Paypal payments will take 1 - 2 working days

How long is the exchange process?

We usually exchange an item on the day it arrives and dispatch it for next working day delivery. If you are going away and are worried about the item arriving on time, we would recommend to re-order the item.
